It's been a while since the last update, so there are a lot of things to catch up on. I guess we'll just get going...
VINYL
We are really happy to announce that Black Paris 86 will be released on vinyl in September. This has been in the works for a while, but finally things have come together (thanks, Caleb & Ericrock). This will be a limited 2xLP edition of 500, with bonus tracks (including a never-before released song) on side D. The first 100 copies will be on blue vinyl, hand-numbered, and will include an additional insert. Pre-ordering begins on Aug. 7th from the Ericrock website and will ship in September.
SUMMER 2008 NORTH AMERICAN TOUR
After a break from touring, we are back on the road starting Aug. 7. This will be a fairly short tour, but we hope that some of you will be able to make it out. Most of the dates are confirmed and listed below, but there are still a few that we are working on, so check back for updates.

FALL 2008 UK TOUR
We are very excited to announce that we’ll be making our first trip to the UK for a 10-day tour, Sep. 26 – Oct. 5. There are still a few details being worked out, but we can tell you that we’ll be visiting places such as London, Brighton, Manchester, Leeds, Glasgow, and more. Exact dates will be posted very soon.
T-SHIRTS + CINÉMATIQUE
We will have new and old t-shirts in stock starting in August. You will be able to purchase these both at our shows and online through our website. Also, the 4th edition of Cinématique will be available starting Aug. 7th, at shows and online (more info on this as we get closer to the date), and will be limited to 50 copies. This will probably be the last edition of this album, so if you want a physical copy, make sure to get it in August. Cinématique will also be available digitally in the coming weeks, and we’ll keep you posted on this as well.
NEW MUSIC
We have begun work on our follow-up to Black Paris 86. Things are moving slowly, but they are moving. We’ll keep you updated on our progress.
IF YOU HAVEN’T YET…
… Checked out our page on YouTube, Facebook and Last.fm, please do! We have added many videos to YouTube, and we’ll be adding more in the near future, including new live visuals and performances. And as far as Last.fm is concerned, they have started a new program called Artist Royalty, through which all artists on Last.fm get a cut of profits made from ads, depending on the number of plays. It’s quite an amazing feature, geared toward giving independent artists a share of what usually is grabbed up by major labels and corporations. So, please visit our page (and all your favorite underground artists), and continue supporting independent music!
AND FINALLY…
The Black Paris 86 CD is now available in select record shops in Europe (distributed by Cargo Records Germany) and North America (distributed by StickFigure). In the New England area, it is available at most Newbury Comics locations (distributed by Ericrock). You can also still find copies of the CD at most online retailers, or you can download it at iTunes. So there!
